This week I sat down with Justin Audoin from the Leading Lessons Podcast to reflect on my journey from collegiate athlete and coach to marketing leader. We talked about my time on the field and how it taught me discipline, resilience, and the power of a unified team. Those same principles now shape how I lead, market, and build business strategies.
Specifically, Justin wanted to know more about my philosophy of how I climbed the corporate ladder. How do I approach my career? It's no secret - just be yourself in every step of the way. It’s so easy to try to be someone that we aren’t. Maybe it’s because we think people want someone we aren’t, or maybe we don’t think we are good enough. I'm especially thankful for the mentors who’ve challenged me to grow, and for every team—on and off the field—that’s taught me what it means to lead and execute with purpose.
